This is an imperfect envelope follower using the half-wave rectifier patch.

Full wave rectifier version in progress.

Modwheel --> Assign provides the needed dc offset

Input can be anything you want to envelope follow. For example use the volume of your voice to 'sing' synth wubs by patching out from 'slew' to the CV input of the filter and/or primary VCA.
